Terms of Service & Operational Policies

Last Updated: August 2026

Welcome to the website of Juan's Lawn Care Services LLC. By accessing our site or booking our professional services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following operational policies. Please read them carefully before scheduling work.

1. Property Lines & Access Authorization

Boundary Disputes: The client assumes 100% responsibility for identifying and marking accurate property lines prior to the commencement of any fence construction, retaining wall installation, land clearing, or hog trapping operations. Juan's Lawn Care Services LLC assumes zero liability for disputes arising from encroaching on adjacent properties based on client directives.

Site Access: The client guarantees our crew and heavy machinery unrestricted, legal entry to the designated service area on scheduled dates. Locked gates, blocked driveways, or aggressive unrestrained pets that prevent entry will result in a 50% trip charge fee.

2. Underground Utility Hazards

Dial 811 Before We Dig: For all projects requiring deep excavation or earth modification (including drainage lines, retaining walls, fencing, and deep tree planting), the client or contractor must coordinate with Texas 811 to have public underground utility lines (gas, electric, fiber optics) marked.

Private Lines Disclaimer: Juan's Lawn Care Services LLC is not liable for structural damage to unmarked private lines that public locator services do not map. This includes private septic fields, subterranean propane lines, backyard landscape lighting wires, and private irrigation lines, unless their exact pathways are explicitly disclosed to our team in writing prior to digging.

3. Feral Hog Management & Safety Protocols

Live Operations: Thermal hunting and cellular-controlled smart trapping operations require specialized firearm and machinery handling in total darkness. Unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from entering active tactical zones during night extraction windows.

Livestock & Pet Safety: While our cellular video traps allow our handlers to verify targets before triggering gates to protect domestic animals, the client must ensure that domestic pets and livestock are kept secure and clear of active trapping zones during designated operational timeframes.

4. Inclement Weather & Scheduling Alterations

Safety First: East Texas weather can change rapidly. For the safety of our operators and the protection of your turf, Juan's Lawn Care Services LLC reserves the right to postpone mowing routes, land clearing, or masonry installations due to saturated ground conditions, severe thunderstorms, or extreme climate factors. Delayed projects will be seamlessly rescheduled for the next available clear working day.

5. Payment Terms & Cancellation Policies

Routine Maintenance Accounts: Weekly and bi-weekly lawn maintenance routes are invoiced seamlessly. Payments are due within five (5) business days of invoice issuance. Late payments may result in an immediate temporary suspension of recurring route scheduling.

Large Structural / Site Projects: Projects exceeding $1,500 require a 50% mobilization deposit to secure material costs and lock the project dates on our heavy machinery calendar. The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon final project walkthrough and completion.

Cancellation Notice: Clients must notify our office at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a one-time project or routine lawn care visit without penalty.

6. Legal & Insurance Summary

Juan's Lawn Care Services LLC is a legally registered, fully licensed business operating proudly in the state of Texas. We maintain comprehensive commercial general liability insurance policies to ensure our clients, their structures, and our crew are completely protected against unexpected accidents across every project site.
